To redeem code in-store:
Please bring the code in-store from the order confirmation sheet.

To redeem the voucher online please follow the below steps:

1) Once the items have been added to the Basket, and the customer views the Basket, there is an option to enter a Promotional Code. The customer enters the code on the receipt that has been issued to them, then clicks Apply.

2.The page refreshes and the Gift vouchers total is displayed, and the balance payable shown.

3.If the remaining Gift Voucher value is more than the amount in the basket, the amount to pay may be zero and the customer can complete the order without having to enter payment details. The Gift Voucher value will be reduced by the amount of the items on the order. The same Gift Voucher code may be used on subsequent orders until the value is reduced to zero.

4.If the remaining Gift Voucher value is less than the amount in the basket, the amount to pay will be the balance remaining. This will be paid by card as per the usual process. The Gift Voucher remaining value will be reduced to zero and the code can no longer be used.
