Please note: Concession tickets purchased online will not be issued without proof of relevant identification. This can be provided in person if collecting tickets or can be uploaded to your online account via the "Documents" section in "Edit My Details". Alternatively please email to tickets@hartlepoolunited.co.uk with a copy of your ID. This ID will then be uploaded to your account for future purchases.

Please ensure you have the correct ID for concession tickets when attending games as you may be asked for identification at turnstiles.

If purchasing multiple tickets please ensure your accounts are linked by contacting the ticket office, otherwise this may result in additional accounts being activated and loyalty points being allocated incorrectly.
